metal ball Family Spaghetti Dinner:

Frank Hotmer has stepped up to the plate to head up the Family Dinner, and he is as excited as all get out, because in Oct. we served 264. Mark your calendar for Jan. 31, 2012 at 5:00 pm when we will once again, be serving heaps of pasta, drinks, Garlic Bread, salad, and deserts. Get Grandma out of that rocking chair, get Grandpa away from that TV, and bring your whole family, friends, and neighbors out to one of the best kept secrets in St. Charles, a whole meal for $5.00.




metal ball Sunday Dance:

Come on out to Post 312's Sunday Dance on Jan. 8. Always a good crowd, good libations, and good music with a live band. Always on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Open to the public, so bring all your neighbors. Runs from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and at only $6.00 a person, still a bargain..




metal ball FOXHOLE ENTERTAINMENT:

THE FOXHOLE WILL BE CLOSED ON TUES. JAN. 10, FOR A GOOD DEEP CLEANINGErv & Harry, will play Sat. Jan. 7, (and every 1st. Sat. of the month), at 7:00pm. Just For "S" & "G" will once again be holding forth in the Foxhole on Sat. Jan. 21, (and every 3rd Sat. of the month), at 7:00pm with music for your listening pleasure. Then, Finally, Dennis Brickey brings his Karaoke machine in on Sat., Jan. 28, (and every last Sat. of the month). Come on out.

On Sun. Jan. 8, there will be a "Shuffleboard Tournament" in the Foxhole. The last one generated quite a bit of excitement with 18 players.

On Sun. Feb. 5, The SONS, (Sons Of the American Legion), will sponsor a Superbowl Party in the Foxhole, with drawings, favors, food, and lots of fun. Come watch the game on our big screen with all your friends.

The Foxhole Lounge, as usual, is open for business, hours are 3:00 to ???????? Stop in after shopping, after work, or after whatever. Show your friends this showplace, and don't forget to check out the brand new Service Plaques, donated by the Family Dinner. There are 5, one for each branch of Service. Also, ask about upcoming Shuffleboard Tournaments and entertainment.




metal ball Bingo Every Wed. and Fri. at the Post

Every Friday night at 6:30, Post 312 hosts our Bingo. We are looking for volunteers to work the floor, sell pull tabs, verify Bingo winners, and just help out in general. Bingo is the means by which Post 312 provides all the Community Services throughout the year, that we do. Most volunteers are usually out of there by 8:30 or 9:00. Just a couple of hours once a month, is all we ask. Call Jay Marsden or Bob Strahm if interested,
